Cancellation & Refund Policie
1. Cancellations by Traveller
If you cancel your booking, the following refund rules apply:
30 days or more before departure → 80% refund of the total trip cost.
15 to 29 days before departure → 50% refund of the total trip cost.
Less than 15 days before departure → No refund.
📌 Note: Partial payments (advance deposits) are non-refundable if the cancellation is made within 15 days of departure.
2. Cancellations by Company
Sometimes, due to reasons beyond our control (bad weather, natural calamities, road closures, government restrictions, or minimum group size not met), we may:
Postpone the trip to a later date, OR
Offer an alternate trip of equal value, OR
Provide a 100% refund of the amount paid.
3. No-Shows & Early Departures
If you fail to join the trip, arrive late, or leave early for personal reasons, no refund will be provided.
Unused services (meals, transport, stays) during the trip will not be refunded.
4. Refund Timeline
All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days from the cancellation date.
Refunds will be made through the same payment mode used at the time of booking.
5. Non-Refundable Costs
Certain charges are non-refundable, such as:
Train/flight tickets booked on your behalf.
Special permits, entry tickets, or passes already issued.
GST, service charges, or transaction fees.
6. Rescheduling Option
If you cannot travel on your booked dates, you may request to reschedule your trip (subject to availability). In such cases:
A rescheduling fee may apply.
The request must be made at least 15 days prior to departure.
